Bloom Beauty, Hair & Education are proud to offer in depth, hands on training. Our training is non-brand biased allowing us to work with a variety of different products and guide you in your choice of suppliers. We can advise you where and how to source kit items so that you are ready to complete your training. All courses come with an in depth manual so you can continue to absorb the information and refer back to your in class notes whenever you need to.
Manicure

1 day theory and hands on practical covering the skills and techniques to perform traditional manicures. Includes advice and tips on up-selling your treatments to make them more luxurious. A half day practical assessment must be completed to successfully pass the course unless a level of competence is shown and approved by the educator. Students will work on themselves or each other. You will need to provide a model for your assessment day.
Pedicure

Gel Polish Beginners

1 day theory and hands on practical covering the skills and techniques to perform gel polish manicures. Learn the science behind ‘the curing process’ and safe removal of the product. Includes techniques to paint the perfect French manicure and advise on how to offer this service on toes. BONUS Builder in a Bottle application for gel overlays (if required). A half day practical assessment must be completed to successfully pass the course unless a level of competence is shown and approved by the educator. Students will work on themselves or each other. You will need to provide a model for your assessment day.
Gel Extension Beginners

2 days theory and hands on practical covering the skills and techniques to extend nails. Learn how to use tips and sculpt on forms to create beautiful, strong nails. Includes maintenance and removal advice with lots of hints and tips on how to work quicker and smarter. A half day assessment must be completed in order to pass the course unless a level of competence is shown and approved by the educator. Students will work on themselves or each other. You will need to provide a model for your assessment day.
E-file
£160
Want to make removal of gel polish or gel and acrylic extensions faster and easier? Want to improve your nail prep and cuticle work? Then learn the safe techniques of the E-file. It will speed up your service times and help alleviate stress or tension on your muscles and joints. The E-file can be safely used for a range of techniques and you will learn all about the machine, how it works and the best drill bits to use. Students will work on themselves or each other and are required to attend with a mixture of natural nails, gel polish, gel overlays and extensions in order to learn the skills for a broad range of techniques. This is a half day training with certification by observation of safe practice. Students are required to source their own E-file. Please ask for recommendations to ensure you buy a quality machine.
Nail Art Workshop
£180
A fun, hands on workshop to learn the latest nail art techniques to wow your clients. Includes designs such as ombré, stamping, glitter and shape encapsulation, foiling, sugaring, rockstar nails, striping tape, crystal application, blooming designs, animal print and marbelling. A kit will be provided for you and you will be issued with a certificate of attendance. Students will work on nail tips to create designs.
1-2-1 Skill Improvement
£65 p/hr
a chance for you to improve your skills and learn new techniques in areas that you would like to work on. You must be qualified in the service that you wish to improve and you will need to provide your own products and equipment. Students will work on themselves or may bring a model if agreed with educator. Minimum 2 hour booking.
Bookings must be secured with a non-refundable 50% booking fee paid at time of booking. Once the booking has been secured the date cannot be changed. The booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances including cancellations and amendments. To amend the date a 50% booking fee must be made to secure the new booking. Any booking fee already paid for an alternative date will be forfeited by the student. The remaining balance for training will be due 14 days prior to the training date. Late payments may incur a 20% penalty of the total course amount or result in the course being cancelled with no monies paid refunded. Once a booking is secured with a non-refundable booking fee, if the training is then cancelled the remaining balance of the course will become due and must be paid immediately. If the student wishes to bring a model to the training to work on, this is at the discretion of the educator and must be previously agreed upon. No video or audio recordings must be taken of the training unless agreed by the educator and then used only for the students purpose. Any manuals, videos or audio remain the sole property of Bloom Beauty, Hair & Education. Any attempt to copy, replicate or duplicate materials will be in breach of these terms and conditions and subject to penalties/investigation.
