Estelle & I wanted to let you know that we have had to temporarily cease offering treatments due to the closure of all non-essential shops during the containment of COVID 19.
We know that this is disappointing and quite frankly inconvenient as we all like to maintain our hair, skin or nails. Not only that but for many of you, your visit to the salon is more than just a hair or nail appointment. It’s a chance to chat, unwind, de-stress, get some things off your mind and for some it’s a form of therapy.
It has been heart wrenching to temporarily shut the doors especially as we felt that the salon was blossoming and leading us to expansion, not just for the premises but for the team and the services that we offer.
However, we want to let you know that not only are we both well but we are both positive and fired up for the future of the salon. We have lots of exciting things in the pipeline such as new treatments, new rewards and a VIP Members Club…..more on this soon.
We wish to thank you for your continued support of our dreams and for all the love and encouragement that we received from you in the form of kind words, offers of help and extra purchases in the run up to the temporary closure.
Until we can reopen the salon……and believe us when we say we shall do it with a BANG! We are going to be your VIRTUAL SALON, bringing you lots of engaging content, such as blogs, product reviews, tutorials, competitions, raffles and answering all your hair and beauty questions. We are going to be there to see you through this period of lockdown, to soothe the ache of missing your regular appointments and to help you achieve a little piece of the salon in your own home by giving you the advice you need to pamper yourself until we can bring that luxury back to you.
We have some stock that we can get out to you by way of leaving it at your door so if there is anything you need just send us a message and we will endeavour to get it to you.
Behind the scenes we will be spending this valuable gift of time working a lot more on the business to bring you more fantastic, exciting things. We appreciate every single review we get as this helps others discover who we are and what we offer but allows them to make an informed choice on selecting a great salon for their service.
